Shipping destinations and charges

Available destinations, delivery methods and any shipping charge are shown during checkout. Free shipping applies only when it is displayed for the selected delivery address.

Pre-order fulfilment

European Microduck orders are dispatched from France; North American orders are dispatched from the United States. Microduck is available for pre-order, with initial deliveries planned before Christmas 2026. This is an estimated target, not a guaranteed delivery date. Transit after dispatch normally takes 3–8 days, depending on the destination.

Address changes

Use the contact page promptly if your delivery address changes before dispatch. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment.

Taxes and import charges

Destination taxes calculated by the store are shown at checkout. Import duties or local handling charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where applicable.

The payment collected at checkout is capped at US$99, including applicable destination tax. If the total is below US$99, you pay the actual total. Other checkout currencies use the equivalent converted limit. Any remaining merchandise balance is due before dispatch and is not charged automatically. For one US$399 MD-01 without additional tax, you pay US$99 now and US$300 before dispatch. Where tax applies, checkout shows the exact deposit, tax and remaining merchandise balance.
