Store status

This official Microduck store, operated directly by Pollen Robotics SAS, sells the MD-01 robot and related accessories. Product images and specifications describe the current catalogue and may be updated as hardware and software develop.

Deposit pricing

Different products may be reserved together, but each product is limited to one per order. A deposit is collected at checkout and any remaining merchandise balance is due before dispatch.

Checkout and order acceptance

Submitting checkout creates an order request. An order is accepted when Microduck confirms it by email. Your pre-order payment is processed using the payment method selected at checkout.

Safe use

Operate the robot on a clear, level surface, keep fingers away from moving joints and follow the supplied instructions. Adult supervision is recommended during setup and experimentation.

Order limit

Different products may be reserved together, with a maximum of one unit of each product per order. A deposit is collected at checkout and any remaining merchandise balance is due before dispatch.

The payment collected at checkout is capped at US$99, including applicable destination tax. If the total is below US$99, you pay the actual total. Other checkout currencies use the equivalent converted limit. Any remaining merchandise balance is due before dispatch and is not charged automatically. For one US$399 MD-01 without additional tax, you pay US$99 now and US$300 before dispatch. Where tax applies, checkout shows the exact deposit, tax and remaining merchandise balance.
