Microduck Pre-order, Shipping and Refunds

Reserve your Microduck with a clear view of what you pay today, what remains and when delivery begins.

1. Pay at checkout

   Pay up to US$99 today, including applicable destination tax, or the equivalent in your checkout currency. Lower totals are paid in full. The payment forms part of your full order price.

2. Confirm before dispatch

   We confirm the dispatch origin and estimated shipping window before requesting any remaining merchandise balance. The balance is paid separately and is not charged automatically.

3. Allow 3–8 days in transit

   Transit normally takes 3–8 days after dispatch, depending on the destination. This does not include the pre-order wait.

What happens to the remaining balance?

For one US$399 MD-01 without additional tax, the payment is US$99 now and US$300 before dispatch. Where tax applies, checkout shows the exact deposit, tax and remaining merchandise balance. Other checkout currencies use the converted amounts. Your balance statement shows the full merchandise price, payments already made and the amount still due.

Different products may be reserved together, with a maximum of one unit of each product per order.

Pre-order timing and shipping

Initial Microduck deliveries are targeted before Christmas 2026. This is an estimated target, not a guaranteed delivery date. Batch timing and the expected dispatch window are confirmed by email after reservation.

European Microduck orders are dispatched from France; North American orders are dispatched from the United States. Available destinations, delivery methods and any shipping charge are shown during checkout. Free shipping applies only when it is displayed for the selected delivery address. Read the shipping policy for taxes and import-charge information.

Changes, cancellations and delays

You may cancel before the order is handed to the carrier. Payments collected for the order, including delivery charges paid, are refunded to the original payment method without a cancellation fee. Refund timing depends on the payment provider. If the expected dispatch window changes, we will contact you with the revised estimate and available options before requesting the balance.
